TOTAL BATHS

The Total Baths shows the total number of full baths (to the left of the decimal) and the total number of half baths (to the right of the decimal).  For example, “Total Baths = 3.2” indicates the listing has 3 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths.  The Total Bath field is calculated by the system when the listing is entered.
