Homes.com receives a listing data feed from NTREIS for display on Homes.com
Brokers can opt out of distribution to Homes in the Matrix Office Participation panel. If the Broker allows Homes.com as a distribution channel, an agent can indicate their seller’s choice upon listing input for each listing.
Since 2010, NTREIS has facilitated distribution of your listings from the MLS to various internet publishers, controlled by syndication settings chosen by you and your Broker. Homes is among the top five most visited national real estate portals. In 2018, NTREIS BOD approved a direct feed to Homes to ensure faster delivery of listing content.
Some Brokers and/or their Franchises have a separate agreeement to feed listings to Homes. Their terms of listing display will not be affected by the NTREIS agreement.
