NTREIS statistics are posted on or around the 15th of every month. Our quarterly market reports are typically available 6 weeks after the end of the quarter. All statistics should be reported as: Based on data from NTREIS MLS for the period of (date) through (date).
NOTE: There was a change made to the constituent counties in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Fort Worth-Arlington-Grapevine Metropolitan Division. Hood and Somervell counties were removed from both. Hood County is now designated as the Granbury Micropolitan Statistical Area.
